Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Engineering and Technical Services at Milo's Tea Company, where I oversee the turnaround of a $200M greenfield manufacturing facility, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and implement best-in-class asset care programs. My tenure at Ingram Content Group saw me directing automation programs that delivered over $12M in annual productivity savings.
