Over the past seven years in Poland, I have transitioned from a shy Spanish LQA Game Tester to leading teams of up to 90 testers at Keywords Studios. My experience includes higher management duties, creating test plans, and implementing workflow improvements that enhance both efficiency and team morale.

At Testronic Labs, I honed my managerial skills by overseeing teams of 15-20 testers, preparing evaluations, and communicating project needs to higher management. My first management role at Lionbridge laid the foundation for my career, where I coordinated localization teams and prepared project documentation.
