I’m a cloud and infrastructure-focused IT professional with nearly 3 years of experience deploying and supporting cloud-based systems, endpoint infrastructure, and technical solutions across multi-location enterprise environments. I hold AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and CompTIA Security+ certifications, and I bring a security-first mindset grounded in Zero Trust and endpoint hardening.

At OneUnited Bank, I resolved 100+ help desk tickets through Salesforce and supported employees across Miami, Los Angeles, and Boston. I deployed and supported 20+ workstations end-to-end, installed and configured network switches, performed patch management, and managed endpoint hardware lifecycle and asset inventory across three office locations.

I also build cloud automation and integrations—designing and documenting GCP Virtual Agent playbooks (conversation flows and intent configurations) for implementation. In my cloud-native Industrial IoT analytics dashboard, I provisioned AWS infrastructure with Terraform (ECS Fargate, ECR, IAM, VPC, ALB, CloudWatch), containerized with Docker, and automated testing and image builds via GitHub Actions CI/CD—following Infrastructure as Code and modular architecture best practices.
