At Rackspace Technology, I resolve escalated network incidents as the network SME for a 100+ account AWS and Azure environment spanning Commercial and Government partitions. I also built a Python/boto3 firewall request evaluator that checks proposed rules against live AWS configuration.
I developed an IPAM tool to inventory security groups, route tables, and network interfaces across accounts and US regions. I also automated approved route table and security group changes, saving about an hour daily and eliminating entry errors.
Before moving into cloud engineering, I led data center deployment and inventory teams at Rackspace Technology. I delivered deployments with a 9-person team and created an operations KPI and reporting framework; in inventory, I helped reduce company spend by more than $1M through transfers and hardware resale.
In my home lab, I run open-weight LLMs and built three Flask/SQLite web apps on Ubuntu. I hold the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification and work across AWS, Azure, cloud networking, and automation.
