I’m looking for operations or project management work where I can own end-to-end delivery, strengthen unit economics and supplier workflows, and collaborate across teams in fast-moving, founder-led environments.

I’m an operations associate with hands-on experience owning end-to-end delivery, supplier sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination across D2C and early-stage ventures. I’ve led delivery for multiple client accounts, built pitch decks with founder-led startup teams, and run customer and competitive research to shape positioning, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

I’m especially strong in unit economics and scaling operational capacity—whether that’s standardizing operations on Zoho ERP to streamline order processing and reconciliation, or developing costing models to guide margin strategy. I also bring project-building experience from B2B marketing and finance internships, plus project work like scoping and iterating a custom monitoring agent on Houston AI and evaluating a simulated venture through ideation, customer analysis, pricing, and financial planning.
