I’m a Business Analyst focused on turning messy, multi-system data into clear, decision-ready reporting. In my current role, I build Snowflake-driven views that power Power BI dashboards and paginated reports.

I collaborate directly with Construction Management, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Data teams to gather requirements, improve reporting workflows, and move data from source ERP systems (JDE) through AWS into a gold layer for insights. I also use ServiceNow to track stakeholder requests and dashboard maintenance needs.

Previously as a Business Intelligence Analyst, I exported lead information from Hive NoSQL using advanced queries, supported KPI and demographic analysis, and cleaned/structured data in Excel for dashboard readiness and sharing with third-party contractors. I built Power BI dashboards using DAX to make daily consumer and dealer lead metrics easily explainable to business partners.

I take ownership of end-to-end quality—using peer review and A/B testing to validate iteration feasibility and ensuring conclusions are grounded in reliable source data (including Oracle Siebel CRM). I’m energized by forecasting models, optimization, and using analytics to drive practical outcomes.
