I’ve spent 18 years turning eCommerce and retail storefronts into experiences shoppers act on. Most recently, I’ve worked with Artefact on Qiddiya Investment Company, rebuilding seven platforms into one shared language and brand, contributing to a 300% conversion increase.
At Wissend Consultancy, I led brand, business strategy, UX/UI, and art direction for AMV, Compane, RISE, and Wearables. I built AMV’s brand, business model, design system, and AI co-pilot for Indian truck operators, while at Decathlon I improved conversion from 1.8% to 2.7%, increased engagement by 70%, and directed more than 40 campaigns.
