Jacquelynne Field

I am a registered nurse with over 16 years of clinical experience across pediatrics and occupational health, now transitioning into healthcare technology. I combine hands-on patient care with expertise in clinical documentation, SOAP note structuring, and diagnosis coding.

At Premise Health and John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital, I conducted case management, return-to-work evaluations, medication administration, and delivered comprehensive pediatric nursing care. I also mentored new nurses and rewrote complex clinical instructions into accessible language for patients and families.

I’m strengthening AI and data training through courses including Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT (Vanderbilt University, completed 2025) and Generative AI for Everyone (DeepLearning.AI, in progress). I aim to shape AI tools that support clinicians, improve documentation accuracy, and enhance patient safety.
