At Mayo Clinic, I care for complex, high-acuity patients through assessments, medication administration, and early escalation of changes in condition. I document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic while following evidence-based protocols and patient safety standards.

At Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, I assess and care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, orthopedic surgery, and complex medical conditions. I build and update individualized care plans with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to advance each patient's functional goals.

At Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, I also own documentation from admission through discharge, supporting accurate functional assessments and quality reporting. I precept new nurses, lead patient and family education, and contribute to unit process improvement initiatives.

Earlier, at Largo Medical Center, I monitored post-surgical patients on telemetry and escalated status changes to providers. At Anand Surgical, Gurukrupa and Medistar Hospitals, I provided critical and post-operative care, including telemetry monitoring, IV medications, emergency response, discharge planning, and family education.
