What I'm looking for

I’m looking for new opportunities in healthcare where I can deliver high-quality patient care, lead and support nursing teams, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive environment that meets facility and state expectations.

I’m a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse, focused on delivering safe, effective patient care. I’ve developed, implemented, and evaluated care plans, and I’m known for providing superior customer experience with staff and physicians.

Across my career, I’ve supervised nursing teams to meet state and facility requirements, attracted and maintained skilled professionals, and promoted an inclusive work environment. I assign nursing staff to provide direct patient care aligned with patient needs and staff skill levels.

I’ve also brought depth across specialties, including psychiatric care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, as well as critical care in surgical and medical critical care units. I’m BLS certified and have been actively involved with the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses since 2015.
