I’m looking for a role where I can own high-acuity triage and care coordination—especially for surgical, endocrine, and oncology populations. I want to leverage remote clinical operations, strong documentation, and interdisciplinary communication to improve patient transitions and outcomes.

I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse with 15+ years of clinical experience focused on post-operative care, endocrinology, and oncology. In surgical triage, I manage high-volume operations (400+ calls/week), coordinate perioperative preparation and readiness, and provide clinical judgment for complex endocrine conditions like thyroid disease and pheochromocytoma.

I serve as a central liaison between surgeons, patients, and multidisciplinary teams—reviewing labs, imaging, microbiology, and pathology to ensure timely follow-up. I also lead prior authorizations, remote patient triage (including wound assessment via patient-submitted images), and negative pressure wound therapy (wound vac) coordination, supported by EMR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athena, Meditech, and eClinicalWorks.
