At Matus, I managed and developed retail-supply customer accounts across the Garden Route, Klein Karoo, Langkloof and Southern Central Great Karoo. I worked to grow turnover and gross profit while maintaining required trading margins.
I provided technical product advice on compressors, welders, generators, industrial tools, tapes, adhesives, lubricants and building and workshop tools. I also merchandised stock and displays and assisted with account queries and collections.
At City Paint & Tool, George, I managed daily branch operations, buying and sales development. I also oversaw administration, finances, stock control, the paint-mixing room and merchandising.
