I’ve spent 9 years in Amazon’s Quality Services (QS) organization, owning end-to-end quality across web, subscriptions, automotive IVI, mobile, and IoT/voice products.
At Amazon Development Center Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai, I led QA teams of up to 40 across 1P and 3P programs, owning risk-based strategy, HC/cadence planning, and release sign-offs while scaling test execution.
In Alexa Subscriptions Growth, I built a Playwright + TypeScript automation framework from scratch and ran it on containerized AWS ECS/EKS for parallel execution, with Playwright trace/screenshot/video reporting to speed triage. I also led cross-browser coverage and improved onboarding through SOPs, onboarding 70+ engineers.
For Alexa as an Expert and customer journeys, I drove LLM-response validation via Optimus, including relevancy scoring, auto-pass thresholds, and manual triage. I delivered AI-augmented QA tooling for defect triage and validity classification, standardized for reuse across a 160+ service program.

QA for Rabbit driver companion app; built UI automation using Diamond Toolkit with Java, TestNG, Cucumber. Added API/contract test coverage using REST Assured.
Owned end-to-end quality for 20+ Alexa devices and 10+ Fire TV devices. Built and scaled device automation with Mozart framework; managed device inventory and crash dashboards.
