At Amazon, I tested Amazon Relay workflows and supported release readiness through functional and end-to-end testing. I analyzed requirements and acceptance criteria, then created test scenarios and cases to validate business workflows.
I owned end-to-end regression activities, from defining scope and planning execution to analyzing failures, retesting defects, and validating releases. I also maintained a regression automation suite of approximately 779 UI test cases run during weekly releases.
Using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG, I developed and maintained data-driven UI automation. I investigated automation failures to distinguish application defects from script issues, implemented fixes, and maintained 90–95% automation stability.
I used SIM to track defects through verification and closure, and collaborated with developers and product stakeholders on triage and root cause analysis. I also supported peak-period War Room activities by validating high-priority features and coordinating defect resolution.
