Jackson Nuwamanya

I’m a Project Officer with a background in Development Studies and experience coordinating innovation and community transformation initiatives. I bring a strong focus on “Coordination, Networking and partnership Development,” backed by research, management, and field experience.

In my current role with InPact (Innovation Program for HOBBIES AND Community Transformation / InPact), I support business ecosystem engagement and learner success by creating program awareness, guiding cohorts, and helping participants complete assignments through the Learning Management system (LMS). I also co-ordinate & facilitated boot camp for cohort entrepreneurs and supported pitch day activities.

I strengthen program delivery through practical operations: onboarding, contracting & seeding of selected SGBs, reviewing entrepreneur applications for pipeline potential on the Information Management System (IMS), and completing contracting obligations required for funding and approval. I act as a liaison between entrepreneurs and program management and support stakeholder meetings and partner engagements.

Previously at UNASO, I provided strategic support and guidelines (framework) to CSOs for self- coordination and regulation, helped establish mechanisms for joint programming, and supported reporting coordination. I’m energized by roles that combine stakeholder engagement, monitoring and reporting, and facilitating sustainable livelihood interventions—always focused on measurable social impact.
