Public Health Officer leading decentralized health programs, logistics, and inclusive community interventions.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Dedicated, result oriented Public Health Officer and Health Program Administrator with over 5 years of proven experience managing decentralized health service delivery, community-based health interventions, and regional health logistics in Uganda. I’ve demonstrated track record in driving public private partnerships (PPPs), strengthening district health systems, and managing inclusive health graduation projects for marginalized populations.
I lead cross-functional teams and training of community health workers (VHTs), grounded in operational quality assurance and field coordination to optimize healthcare delivery. In my roles, I supervised multi-disciplinary community teams, ensured decentralized hubs aligned with Ministry of Health (MOH) standards, eliminated stock outs through optimized logistics, and strengthened cross-referral pathways with District Health Teams, Local Governments, and partner clinics using data-driven monitoring tools for actionable monthly operational reports.
