What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team-focused role where I can support daily operations, maintain cleanliness and compliance, and help others succeed—using my leadership and customer service strengths to grow with the organization.

I’m an Assistant Department Manager building reliable, people-first operations while pursuing an Associate of Applied Science at Ivy Tech Community College.

At McDonald’s, I uphold company standards and compliance requirements, keep all areas clean, and support employees so team goals are met. I also honor and respect the owner’s code of conduct, keeping expectations clear and consistent.

As a volunteer coach at Greenwood Community High School, I help create a safe, fun, and structured environment. I instruct youth on fundamentals, rules, and strategies of the sport—resulting in improved performance—while organizing and supervising daily practices, games, and routines.

I’m motivated by teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Whether it’s meeting operational standards or guiding athletes day-to-day, I bring calm leadership, strong multitasking, and a service mindset.
