I am a Hardware Networking Engineer with CCNA certification, focused on building and supporting reliable computer hardware and networking systems. I work across Cisco networking environments, configuring devices and keeping networks running smoothly.

In my contract role at the National Institute for Scientific And Industrial Research (NISIR), I reduced downtime by diagnosing and resolving complex network issues in a timely manner. I maximize uptime through proactive maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and regular monitoring and analysis to optimize network performance.

I also strengthen infrastructure through effective asset management, tracking inventory across the networking equipment lifecycle. I evaluate emerging technologies to recommend upgrades, support switches, access points, routers, computers, and peripherals, and provide faculty/staff with security software and network configuration support—while documenting work plans and submitting IT equipment purchase requests.
