What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop creative, engaging learning approaches for diverse learners while contributing to research, social innovation, and equitable, quality education.

I've designed 23 online courses and 24 interactive lesson plans at Amal Academy, using AI tools including Claude to build career readiness, leadership, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

I’ve led a fellowship for 60 university students, provided one-to-one career mentorship, and supervised five community-based social impact projects. I also created a four-module training manual and trained university professors to deliver curriculum to approximately 100 fellows.

Through Teach for Pakistan, I designed differentiated instruction and tracked progress for 90+ public-school students across Grades 4–6. My work also includes education research for LUMS, policy and program research at Iris Communications, and community projects advancing literacy, emotion regulation, and equitable education.
