I'm leading HSE governance for McCain Foods across 14 sites in Central Europe, Belgium, and GB&I, building a regional roadmap, life-saving rules programme, and SIF-focused performance framework. I have also introduced AI camera behavioural analytics and strengthened executive reporting for regional leadership.
Previously, I led global HSE transformation at Kelvion and Wavin, standardising integrated management systems across up to 78 sites and 14,500 employees. Across construction, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, food production, and power generation, I've built ISO-aligned systems, reduced incident risk, achieved certifications, and sustained a zero-fatality record over 30+ years.
