I am a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of international experience delivering major capital projects across Iraq, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Singapore and Europe, specializing in brownfield rehabilitation, greenfield development, FEED, EPC execution, commissioning and turnarounds.
I have led multidisciplinary teams of 650+ site personnel and 150+ engineering professionals, managed project budgets exceeding $300M, and delivered major projects with over 1M LTI-free workhours through strong HSSE leadership, contractor alignment and cost/schedule control.
I build organizational capability, co-founded a Project Management Academy, and apply lean delivery and governance improvements to strengthen execution readiness, reduce rework and improve stakeholder engagement across complex, live-plant and high-risk environments.
