In my Local Business Automation Lab, I built an Apps Script prospect-to-proposal workflow connecting Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, and Slack. I added a token-authenticated approval webhook, separate controls for email and CRM actions, and audit records to support controlled execution and troubleshooting.
I also built a Python Agentic Watchdog to classify pipeline failures, attempt recorded fixes, log outcomes in SQLite, and escalate unresolved issues to Slack. My AI Publishing Pipeline connects third-party APIs with Telegram approval, layered QA checks, and resumable execution.
At Natera via BBSI, I coordinated oncology patient scheduling, handled more than 100 daily inbound and outbound contacts, and investigated system, data, and scheduling issues through Jira. Earlier, at LaserStar Technologies, I built tracking databases and SOPs for inventory and fulfillment accuracy and maintained audit-ready export logistics documentation.
