I defined change controls for a shared CI/CD environment used by 14 engineering teams and led solution design for a headless architecture that decoupled a legacy reporting pipeline from its front-end dependency.
At Reinsurance Group of America, I architected revenue orchestration pipelines connecting Salesforce CRM to forecasting and reporting tools. I also introduced AI agent frameworks for contract routing, reducing a 3-day manual review cycle to under 4 hours.
At Express Scripts, I developed scripts and agents to automate repetitive data entry and reporting across six internal systems, and tested and documented API integrations between ERP and CRM platforms. Across these roles, I’ve worked on IT automation, system engineering, and DevOps, moving between architecture and hands-on build work.
