At A-TEK, I develop molecular-data spreadsheet systems, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments, lead document control, and coordinate laboratory schedules to meet recurring deadlines. I also train new employees on complex molecular testing procedures and manage inventory through semi-monthly assessments.
My research at Northern Arizona University combined greenhouse experimentation with DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, amplicon sequencing, stable isotope analysis, and RStudio-based analysis of plant-microbe-soil interactions. I bring an M.S. in Biology, experience reviewing molecular analytical data and running QC qPCR, and a practical approach to scientific documentation, research coordination, and laboratory operations.
