What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first, tech-friendly team where I can combine customer support with AI-assisted content and visual production—helping with communication, short-form video, and workflow automation while learning new tools fast.

I’m a customer service associate with hands-on experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments, and a strong, self-developed skillset in video production and visual design. I combine calm problem-solving with internet-native, AI-assisted workflows to produce content that stays consistent and quality-minded.

In my roles, I delivered friendly, high-volume customer communication—assisting with product selection, handling inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues with a positive outcome. I also collaborated in fast-moving teams, supported visual merchandising and point-of-sale operations, and maintained professionalism during peak service periods.

Outside day-to-day service work, I produce short-form video content for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) and design digital assets using industry tools. I actively explore AI-assisted creative and productivity workflows—using AI tools to streamline tasks like copywriting, thumbnail design, ideation, and workflow automation—so I can contribute quickly to remote-first tech companies, SaaS platforms, AI startups, and online businesses.
