At Subco, I deliver end-to-end QA for a social media platform, covering manual testing, automation, API and backend validation, and Jira-based test management. I own quality for payments and identity migrations, protecting multi-account user journeys and data integrity.

I build Playwright and JavaScript end-to-end automation using Page Object Model architecture, with cross-browser coverage and GitHub Actions CI/CD integration. I also evaluate LLM and generative AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, hallucinations, reliability, and clear acceptance criteria.

Previously at ReversingLabs, I led regression, functional, and integration testing for a global cybersecurity SaaS platform. I maintained Python, Pytest, and Selenium automation; performed API testing with Postman and Python; and partnered with developers and DevOps to prevent defects before production.

As QA Team Lead at Notch, I led QA across SaaS and fintech projects, introduced JMeter performance and load testing, expanded Selenium and Cucumber automation, and mentored QA engineers. I bring more than seven years of quality engineering experience across cloud SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, e-commerce, mobile, web, and localization testing.
