At ShifterLabs, I created a portfolio of more than 15 programs and a learning ecosystem with more than 100 active users. As Founder & CEO, I lead an educational technology and innovation organization and design programs in continuing education, AI literacy, and technology adoption.
At the Public Enterprise of Universidad Estatal Amazónica, I directed the Language Center and Institutional Second Language Program from 2021 to 2025. I led academic, administrative, and strategic work, including aligning programs with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and integrating hybrid learning, gamification, and educational technology.
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer for International Raiffeisen Union's Raiffeisen Starter Program, I designed an HTML5 curriculum and produced SCORM modules in iSpring Suite. The introductory experience brought institutional knowledge and cooperative heritage to a network of 52 member organizations in 32 countries.
My work also includes GENVALPRO-IA, where I authored and led diagnostics, applied training, and adoption roadmaps, and the ShiftLoop conversational microlearning platform. I hold a master's degree from Bielefeld University, and my credentials include Microsoft Certified Trainer and Azure AI Engineer Associate.
