At Tinubu Square, I supported AIG’s full-lifecycle replacement of its legacy system with Tinubu’s SaaS solution, from inception to go-live. The project enabled a substantial increase in Gross Written Premium, faster time-to-market for new trade credit insurance products, and a more efficient submission-to-quote-to-policy process.

I lead requirements elicitation and client workshops, translating business objectives into functional specifications and user stories. Across trade credit insurance and other client projects, I work with delivery teams on Agile/Scrum backlogs, process flows, and root-cause analysis, drawing on SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and UML.
