I’m open to senior roles where I can apply my expertise in QA, team management, and strategic development.

At Crossover for Work, I manage remote engineering and QA automation teams, building workflows and processes from scratch and overseeing delivery, code reviews, and CI/CD. My teams have supported testing across more than 100 projects, and I’ve worked to improve delivery and quality metrics while reducing costs.

At Sidenis, I built Scrum teams and established QA workflows and a process for delivering successful sprints to production. I also created a Confluence knowledge base documenting the microservices architecture and supported product delivery and team development.

I co-founded LookRoute in 2013 and was involved in its daily operations through 2017, shaping its operational strategy and product vision. Earlier, I worked in QA at Sberbank-Technology, Peter-Service, and Proservis, progressing from manual testing into automation, support, and product-related work.
