Introduced and led quality assurance processes, including testing strategies, release validation, risk assessment, and cross-environment quality verification. Led testing strategy execution for iOS/Android mobile apps and web platforms, and supported two junior QA engineers through knowledge sharing.

Conducted manual and automated end-to-end testing of web applications using Cypress, Selenium, and Katalon. Created and executed test plans, test cases, and managed issue validation throughout the agile process in Jira and Azure DevOps.

Performed manual and automated end-to-end and API testing for a web application. Supported end-to-end quality verification for application releases through test execution and validation.

Improved quality performance for future electric Jaguar I-Pace models by managing pre-production software and hardware issue resolution and gateway deliverables. Ran vehicle quality assessment activities on the production line and created supplier reports using DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.

Owned project quality tasks from quotation through industrialisation phases, defining requirements with internal and customer specifications. Liaised with French OEM customers (Renault, Nissan, Peugeot), completed sample validation, and supported PPAP/PSW sign-off and governance for testing, measurements, and compliance.

Completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology from 2013 to 2017.
