At Prohuman Zrt., I coordinate integration, onboarding, and welfare processes for international workforce service delivery. I work with clients, service providers, operational teams, and government stakeholders to support compliance and resolve operational issues.
I supported the operations team in implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies to improve workflow and team coordination. I also support operational planning and continuous improvement across workforce-related activities.
At the Department of Agriculture - Philippine Carabao Center, I co-managed projects from planning through coordination and funding alignment. My research included cryopreservation and assisted reproduction techniques, and I led gene banking of seven Philippine native pig species—the first and only team to conserve these genetics.
