Founded and led core product operations and GTM delivery processes for a mobile commerce platform supporting Shopify and non-Shopify brands. Owned roadmap execution across two Agile teams (10–15 engineers each), targeting ~160 story points per two-week sprint cycle, and built scalable partner integration workflows and documentation systems.
