What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead automation and OT initiatives that improve plant reliability, performance and technology lifecycle decisions while connecting operations, maintenance, engineering and digital transformation.

At Rand Water, I lead automation and operational technology work that improves plant health, equipment performance and operational information availability. I manage intelligent analytical software, develop equipment KPIs, guide lifecycle and obsolescence planning, and deliver automation projects from integration through commissioning and handover.

I've also supported control and instrumentation systems at Sasol Synthetic Fuel, Lafarge Cement and De Beers Venetia Mine, working with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, industrial networks and process instrumentation. I use historian trends, root-cause analysis and practical troubleshooting to strengthen reliability, while mentoring technical teams and connecting operations, maintenance, engineering and technology.
