What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply process engineering and data analytics to high-impact manufacturing improvement, capital projects, process safety, and operational performance challenges.

At RCL Foods and Sappi, I've delivered process optimisation, capital projects, and plant analytics across edible oil, pulp, and paper operations. My work includes a caustic-dosing strategy targeting 34% lower consumption, a R6 million degumming-separator business case, and recycled-fibre expansion projects supporting a minimum R24 million annual revenue uplift.

I combine process engineering with Python, Power BI, and financial modelling to uncover losses, improve reliability, automate reporting, and strengthen investment decisions. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Big Data Science while applying HAZOP, HIRA, MOC, RCA, and Lean Six Sigma methods to safer, more efficient manufacturing operations.
