Through my data analytics work, I’ve analyzed credit and sales data and reported key performance metrics. I completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and am studying Computer Science Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Perote.
My experience also includes troubleshooting and case resolution at Atento (Swiss Colony Brands), where I worked as a Bilingual phone agent and Temporary supervisor. I currently work as an Interpreter at Human Quality, supporting work in financial, medical, legal, tax, and other areas.
