I’m looking to build and operate reliable GCP networking and Kubernetes platforms—owning production incident resolution, driving architecture reviews, and partnering with product teams to improve both cloud design and customer outcomes.

I’m a Cloud Engineer with 13+ years of enterprise infrastructure and networking experience, including 3.5+ years supporting Google Cloud Platinum customers as part of Google's extended workforce. I specialize in GCP networking, hybrid connectivity, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and I’m currently completing the Google Cloud PCNE credential.

In my role as a Cloud Network Engineer – Google Cloud Enterprise Support, I resolved high-severity production incidents, led architecture reviews, and partnered with Google TAMs, Customer Engineers, and Product Engineering teams. I independently resolved 450+ complex enterprise networking incidents while contributing to 1,000+ customer escalations, maintaining strong response and resolution performance within Google’s objectives.

I’m known for diagnosing Tier 3 GCP networking and Kubernetes issues across VPC/Shared VPC, Cloud Interconnect, HA VPN, BGP session instability, MTU fragmentation, Private Service Connect, Cloud DNS, and Cloud Load Balancing. I also troubleshoot GKE private clusters and Istio service mesh connectivity (including mTLS/TLS handshake and SNI routing), validate Terraform deployments, and produce executive-ready Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
