I am a finance graduate with hands-on experience in credit & collection, business development, and customer service. I currently work as a Senior Executive (contractual) in Credit & Collection where I collect overdue payments and protect my employer's financial assets.
Previously I worked as a Business Development Executive for an e-commerce and logistics marketing team, managing promotional campaigns and providing insights on customer shopping trends. I have experience in sales, acquiring new customers, and analyzing customer behavior to support assortment selection.
I bring strong analytical skills, teamwork, and leadership to my roles, supported by practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Photoshop. I hold a BBA in Finance & Banking and an IELTS Academic score of 5.5.
