At Ampyr Solar Europe, I run a multi-workstream automation program across 14 sites in Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. I align business, IT and engineering teams on delivery, and lead UAT and release readiness as manual tools move into production.
I designed and launched a real-time alerting workflow that protected 1.8% in operational performance. I also introduced data-quality controls that improved tracking performance by 1.5%.
At ReNew, I co-delivered an enterprise analytics and reporting portal that cut manual effort by 75% and reached 60+ users across six teams. I also owned the feature backlog for a 7 GW platform and built resource-allocation and variance models to inform OPEX decisions.
