I'm seeking a Founder’s Office, Strategy & Operations, or Program Management role where I can drive execution and business growth.

At I-PAC, I partnered with senior leadership and spearheaded a 10-member analytical team to drive execution governance across two high-priority initiatives. I established operating cadence and performance reviews spanning 291 operating units and 34 regional stakeholders.

I designed executive dashboards that consolidated updates from 4,000+ contributors, giving leadership visibility into execution health and helping prioritize interventions. I also institutionalised KPI trackers, escalation frameworks, operating playbooks, and review mechanisms across 100+ teams.

As Associate, Strategy & Operations, I conducted performance reviews across 100 priority units and helped identify delivery gaps and inform resource allocation. I also coordinated the implementation of more than 12 strategic initiatives across 48 units, managing budgets between 50K and 3L.

For the AuroraLuxe consulting capstone, I built a US go-to-market strategy and 12-month forecast for a premium direct-to-consumer home fragrance brand. I led market sizing and built a financial model forecasting $425K in first-year revenue and EBITDA break-even by Month 9.
