At Tractor Supply Company, I build optimization, AI, and analytics systems supporting a ~$1B transportation network. My work spans production decision tools, carrier performance systems, and transportation network redesign.

I developed a carrier-allocation MILP for a five-distribution-center rebid that delivered ~20% cost reduction, or ~$10M in annualized savings. I also designed a 14-week carrier transition plan that sustained on-time service roughly five percentage points above other distribution centers after six months.

I build data products that planners and leaders can use directly, including a custom GPT agent that translates English requests into validated optimization constraints for a 225+ store replenishment network. I also built Snowflake pipelines and Power BI scorecards covering millions of shipments and 4M+ EDI records.

I'm interested in applying Python, SQL, machine learning, operations research, and retrieval systems to complex supply chain and decision-science problems. My work combines rigorous modeling with practical deployment alongside operations, procurement, carrier partners, and senior leadership.
