I'm currently a Senior Coding Instructor at Codingal Inc, training grade 4–12 pupils in Python, web development, animations, apps, and AI.
Previously at Evans Therapeutics Limited, I installed, updated, supported, and administered servers, microcomputers, LANs/WLANs, and software applications. I provided service desk support, managed staff accounts, conducted server backups, maintained IT inventory, and diagnosed PC/Mac hardware and software issues.
At Falak Business Support Services, I configured hardware, operating systems, applications, computer systems, and networks. I helped staff and clients resolve issues, supported new application rollouts, and set up user accounts and profiles.
