What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead research-driven fundraising efforts, mentor teammates, manage multiple projects, and drive measurable donor development impact. I’m also open to opportunities in administration, operations, design, or management, especially in remote or flexible settings, where I can contribute to meaningful projects and continue growing professionally.

I am a research and operations professional with experience supporting nonprofits, businesses, and educational initiatives. Over the years, I have conducted fundraising research for 10+ clients, built funder pipelines, developed qualification rubrics, and created prospect master lists to help organizations identify and engage high-priority funders. I have guided team members in research analysis, presented insights and strategies to clients, and collaborated across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, remote environments.

Earlier in my career, I managed databases, gathered and qualified industry information, and provided operational and administrative support, demonstrating strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. I also have teaching experience, aligning lessons to diverse learning styles, tracking student progress, and fostering engaging environments for learners with different needs.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology, major in Preschool Education, from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, journaling, attending choir practice, playing badminton, following sports, exploring trivia nights, and immersing myself in music. I bring the same curiosity, dedication, and analytical mindset to my professional work as I do to my personal interests, making me adaptable, collaborative, and ready to contribute to dynamic teams.
