I am a customer-focused retail trainer who builds strong customer connections and maintains organized, efficient service environments. At Potbelly Sandwich Works I trained staff and kept service and cashier areas tidy and well-stocked.

I bring strong people skills and conflict-mediation abilities, committed to creating a positive workplace atmosphere and resolving issues proactively. I also have hands-on experience handling currency and operating point-of-sale systems.

Academically, I am pursuing an Associate of Science at Lone Star College System with an interest in geology, and I graduated from Jersey Village High School in May 2024. I competed in Technology Student Association events, building an AutoCAD scale model that earned regional and state recognition.

I have foundational technical skills including basic HTML, CSS, introductory Java, AutoCAD experience, and advanced Google Workspace proficiency while beginning to learn Microsoft Office. I am eager to apply my customer-service strengths and growing technical skills in roles that combine client interaction and operational support.
