What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend role where I can build high-reliability distributed systems, mentor teams, and drive engineering rigour—especially with modern observability, TDD, and AI-augmented development in microservices and event-driven architectures.

I build high-reliability, distributed systems across a crypto exchange and enterprise SaaS, with a focus on low latency and correctness. I’m especially drawn to teams that treat continuous learning and engineering rigour as first-class.

At Coinstash, I rebuilt the exchange's reconciliation engine (C#/.NET) into a low-latency, horizontally-scaled service. I cut average reconciliation latency from 30s–2min to under 2 seconds, using multi-threading, Redis distributed locks and caching, and automated data-integrity checks and alerting.

As a Technical Lead at Commerce Vision, I led a team of 3 engineers and 2 product implementers—setting code and implementation standards, guiding architecture, and running standups, sprint reviews/kickoffs, backlog grooming, and ticket pre-scoping/estimation. I owned infrastructure stability with health monitoring, performance-degradation alerting, rollback strategies, testing, and detailed post-mortems for critical incidents.

I also apply modern engineering practices end-to-end: microservices on Kubernetes, distributed messaging with MassTransit + Azure Service Bus, real-time updates with SignalR (WebSockets), and observability with telemetry, metrics, and feature flags. I’ve championed AI-augmented development (multi-skill agent workflows and RAG-based session memory) and introduced TDD to strengthen AI-assisted delivery and reduce code-review load.
