I'm open to full-time remote opportunities in administrative support and virtual assistance.

At Zoomlion Ghana Limited, I provide day-to-day administrative support and help maintain smooth office operations. I handle external inquiries and prepare professional correspondence.

I organize documents and administrative records, coordinate information across teams, and follow up on requests. I also assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.

Through practical Virtual Assistant training, I managed simulated inbox and calendar workflows, including meeting scheduling, time-zone coordination, reminders, and conflict checking.

I created project workflows using Trello and supported email-marketing activities using Mailchimp. I also used Google Workspace and Microsoft productivity tools to prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
