I'm leading commercial strategy and procurement delivery for NHS England's Platform Modernisation programme through NHS Arden & GEM, advising on high-value technology, digital and software portfolios, commercial risk, governance and Procurement Act 2023 compliance. I've directed strategic procurements for Case Finder tooling and secondary care medicines data platforms, while shaping supplier transition into the Federated Data Platform programme.
Across Channel 4, NHS Digital, DHSC, Sport England, the Ministry of Justice, UK Power Networks and Southern Water, I've led category strategy, sourcing, contract negotiations, procurement transformation and executive business cases. My work includes managing £30M–£50M EMEA spend portfolios, delivering 10–45% structural savings, supporting COVID-19 Test & Trace, and building procurement capability through policy, training and Source-to-Pay implementation.
