At Libro.fm, I led iOS engineering strategy and owned the architecture, design, and implementation of the iOS app, watchOS app, and CarPlay support. I modernized the codebase with Swift Concurrency and modular Swift Package Manager structure, and re-architected AVPlayer-based media handling.
I added streaming audio and multi-format support to the player, and established automated CI/CD pipelines to replace a manual release process. I also partnered with backend engineering on RESTful API design and mentored engineers across teams.
At INWEGO, I was the primary iOS application developer and helped bootstrap the subscription platform end to end. I also built and maintained Scala backend services using Play Framework and PostgreSQL on AWS.
Earlier, at Stanley Black & Decker - Digital Accelerator, I led the DIYZ app and web portal from proof of concept to production, including WebRTC video calling. Across roles at Yahoo, Samsung, and other organizations, I contributed to mobile platforms, web services, and developer tools.
