At Yandex Practicum, I built editorial standards that made quality consistent and helped teams apply them without routing every decision through me. I wrote the Upskilling division’s house style, Tone of Voice, guides, and onboarding.
As Editor-in-Chief (Editorial Team Lead), Upskilling, I grew the team from 9 to 20 editors and set up cross-review for 15. I raised editorial throughput by teaching editors to triage, cutting review rounds, and using AI where it helped; editors missed no deadlines.
I built a prompt library for routine editorial tasks and took part in an AI-drafting pilot that cut lesson production from 10–14 days to 3 in its first wave. I also led a unified content-formatting standard adopted across Practicum course production, and developed guides with Legal and Instructional Design.
Before Yandex Practicum, I spent 10 years in science and health journalism, publishing more than 900 pieces. I based my reporting on original research and expert interviews, making complex subjects readable for a general audience.
