At Link CxO Global, I own web and mobile products and internal CRMS, HRMS, and ATS systems from PRD to release. I align design, engineering, QA, and stakeholders across parallel roadmaps.

I drove product-led growth and marketing initiatives that increased new-user acquisition by 35%, while reducing execution friction through ClickUp and Slack automations. After five months as a Product Manager Intern, I converted to a full-time Product Executive.

I also built a government grievance redressal platform for CIDCO Maharashtra, with role-based access, multi-stage approvals, letter templates, and PDF reporting. My AI/ML work includes an 80.16% F1 building-damage assessment model and EchoMind, an emotion-detection system achieving 93% accuracy.

Beyond product work, I led a 55-member ISF/IETE team and delivered campus-wide, inter-college, and national-level events. I bring product discovery, technical implementation, and structured cross-functional execution to products that solve real user problems.
