Contributed to 6 presales initiatives by supporting RFP/RFI responses for banking and financial institution modernization. Coordinated cross-functional workstreams to prepare proposals and manage bid planning, stakeholder communication, proposal structuring, and submission management.

Developed an NLP model using Google Cloud Document AI to automate invoice parsing and annotate PDF fields across multiple suppliers. Achieved an F1 score of 0.93 and integrated the solution into n8n automation to improve speed and accuracy of financial data extraction.

Led development of an AI-driven solution to automate financial reporting, reducing errors and improving resource allocation. As Product Owner, defined scope, gathered requirements, assembled the development team, and coordinated solution streamlining with partial AI integration.
